Your Right to Delete

You may request deletion of your The-e-School account and associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

In-App Deletion

After logging in, go to Settings and use the Delete Account option. You will be asked to confirm this action. Account deletion is irreversible for end-user access.

Deletion by Email

Alternatively, email info@theeschool.in from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We may verify your identity before processing.

What Is Deleted

Account credentials and profile information
Personal identifiers linked solely to your user account where deletion is technically feasible

What May Be Retained

Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
Records required by law, tax, or dispute resolution
Assessment records already shared with an institute under B2B enrollment until the institute relationship is ended, as permitted by law

Processing Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
